I'm currently a realtor with the Board of Greater Vancouver and now have taken on the role as MLS Realtor Tour Coordinator for the Tri-City (Port Moody, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam).

What that means is... All realtors in the area have the opportunity to post listings on a weekly MLS tour. I (only ONE Realtor in area) will be leading the weekly MLS Tour. Attend real estate board meetings and hopefully have a "say" in the way Real Estate is run.

• GUARANTEE at least 20+ realtors to visit your home for sale within a month.
• Price will be accurate to SELL and have your home SOLD for the best price.
• Provide you with details on how to STAGE your home to SELL
• Buyers will have a heads up on what is on the market, I personally visit over 80+ homes per month. I know what is on the market in the area.
• Searching for a specific home??? I have good relationships with other area MLS Tour leaders and realtors with all offices. All I have to do is put the word out!
• Don't waste time! As long as I know exactly what you are looking for, I have PRE-VISTED the homes. I can narrow the search, recommend homes for you to view. I can do my BEST to get you everything on your WISH list!
