New Home Tax Calculator

This calculator is for new construction only. For most homes bought in B.C., there is no HST because the tax does not apply to previously occupied homes.

The New Home Tax Calculator Applies at the current HST rate of 12 per cent. The government has committed to drop the rate to 11 per cent in 2012 and again to 10 per cent 2014. The calculator will then be adjusted to reflect those changes.
